Tamarin, a throwback 3D action-platformer from a team of Rare veterans, will hit PS4 and PC on September 10. Starring an adorable monkey on a quest to save his family from evil insects, Tamarin specifically channels classic 3D platformers and Metroidvania shooters, sending you through an interconnected Nordic world and splattering bugs. Check out a new trailer below: [ignvideo url="https://www.ign.com/videos/2020/08/29/tamarin-trailer-gives-3d-platforming-a-charming-nordic-setting"] With character designs from Banjo-Kazooie character designer Steve Mayles, a soundtrack by Donkey Kong Country composer David Wise and many other developers from Rare's Nintendo days, Tamarin comes with some major talent to reach its new-retro goals.
