The day has finally come - both Doom Eternal and Animal Crossing: New Horizons have been released, and we've now got an imaginary concert to celebrate at. On Twitter,
Andrei Mishanin released DOOMANIMAL, a short, sweet, and savage CG imagining of what it might look like if various Animal Crossing villagers were to play a cut from Mick Gordon's incredible Doom soundtrack. Short answer: extremely bloody good.
As you can see above, the Doom community managers are certainly happy with the video. Animal Crossing's developers recently told us they've been
loving the Doom-Animal Crossing crossovers, so they're likely pleased too. If you've missed the recent community love-in, both
fans and developers alike have been making crossover content that features the Doomslayer hanging out with AC favourite Isabelle. Even our homepage has been getting in on the action: [caption id="attachment_2323062" align="alignnone" width="1253"]

an expanded, polished, next-generation reboot of a classic Nintendo game" and that Doom Eternal features "
one of the best first-person shooter campaigns in years." [poilib element="accentDivider"]
