It looks like Ubisoft is about to announce the 11th Far Cry game since the series began 14 years ago, and this one looks to be taking aim at Bethesda's post-apocalyptic wheelhouse by possibly launching around the same time as Rage 2 (and not long after Fallout 76 cratered). Just like Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon followed Far Cry 3 and Far Cry Primal followed Far Cry 4, this followup is coming hot on the heels of Far Cry 5, which came out only nine months ago. That's a whole lot of Far Cry in not a lot of time, but based on the series' mostly consistent quality, that's hard to complain about.
